Kona Coffee Tiramisu
Our signature tiramisu featuring premium Wings Kona Coffee creates a sophisticated dessert where delicate ladyfingers meet velvety mascarpone cream, elevated by the bold yet smooth notes of our volcanic-grown beans.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Wings Kona Coffee (brewed and cooled)
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 16 oz mascarpone cheese
- 4 large eggs (separated)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- 1 Brew Wings Kona Coffee and let it cool completely
- 2 In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy
- 3 Add mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract, mix until smooth
- 4 In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form
- 5 Gently fold egg whites into mascarpone mixture
- 6 Mix cooled coffee with coffee liqueur
- 7 Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee mixture
- 8 Layer in a 9x13 dish: ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, repeat
- 9 Dust top with cocoa powder
- 10 Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Kona Coffee Affogato

Ingredients
- 2 shots Wings Kona Coffee (espresso)
- 2 scoops premium vanilla bean ice cream
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed coffee beans
- 2 sprigs fresh mint
- 2 pieces dark chocolate (70% or higher)
Instructions
- 1 Brew two shots of Wings Kona Coffee espresso
- 2 Place one scoop of vanilla bean ice cream in each serving glass
- 3 Pour hot espresso over ice cream
- 4 Drizzle with coffee liqueur (if using)
- 5 Sprinkle crushed coffee beans
- 6 Garnish with mint sprig and dark chocolate piece
- 7 Serve immediately while the ice cream is still melting into the hot espresso.
